What has changed

Patients now pick a clinic from an AI answer, then book

Someone types “best clinic for natural lip filler in London” into ChatGPT late at night. The answer names a few clinics and stops. If yours is not one of them, that booking goes somewhere else.

AI tools build those answers from what they can find and trust about you: your treatment pages, your practitioners, your reviews and what the rest of the web says about you. Most clinic websites were made to look good, not to be understood.

Tajmeel by Amna: a Marylebone aesthetics clinic, one tap from a booking

We designed and built the website for Tajmeel by Amna, an aesthetics clinic on Wigmore Street in Marylebone: about twenty treatment pages, the clinic’s own booking system opening inside the site, WhatsApp messages already written for each kind of enquiry, and a consultation form. The clinic changes prices, treatments and offers itself.

What’s included

What we do for clinics

  • A website patients trust

Calm design, clear prices and real photos of your clinic and your practitioners. Designed from a blank page around how you work.

  • AI search visibility

We make sure ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI answers can see which treatments you offer, who carries them out and where you are, and we work to get your clinic named when patients ask.

  • A page for every treatment

Each treatment gets its own page, written around the questions patients ask, so a search for one treatment lands on the right page.

  • Booking built in

Your existing booking system opened from every Book button, so appointments still land in your diary, plus a consultation form, WhatsApp and click-to-call.

  • Room for your registrations

A clear home for your CQC rating where you have one, and for each practitioner’s qualifications and registration, such as GMC, NMC or HCPC.

  • Words that follow the rules

Treatment pages written with UK advertising rules in mind, so prescription-only medicines are not promoted to the public.

Clinics we can help

We designed and built Tajmeel by Amna’s website, and the same approach suits any kind of clinic, from a single practitioner to a group. Send us a few lines and someone senior replies within one working day with honest first thoughts.
