Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, commercially sensitive, or proprietary information shared during the course of working together, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Altius Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms such as search engines or AI systems
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with agreed notice terms. Any work completed up to the termination date remains payable.
